The City of Sherwood is seeking the replacement of siding  and windows at the Sherwood Senior Center.  Sealed bids for furnishing all materials, equipment, labor, and services for the replacement of siding and windows at the Sherwood Senior Center for the City of Sherwood will be received at City of Sherwood, Public Works Department, 15527 SW Willamette Street, Sherwood, Oregon 97140 (Attn: Craig Sheldon, RFP Manager) until the Bid Closing at 2:00 PM (Local Time) on Wednesday, December 20th, 2023. Please title the envelope Sherwood Senior Center. Bids will then be publicly opened and read aloud after 2:00 PM at the Sherwood Public Works Building. No bids will be accepted after the BID CLOSING time.

First-Tier Subcontractor Disclosure forms must be received at the above-mentioned location and date no later than 4:00 PM (Local Time). Proposals without a completed First-Tier Subcontractor Disclosure form submitted will be considered non-responsive.

There will be no pre-bid meeting for this project.

Project Description

The Work to be done under this Contract consists of the construction of the following items:

  1. Wood Siding removal and replacement.
  2. Window removal and replacement.
  3. Estimated Value ($325,000 to $350,000)
