The Notice of Intent to Award has been posted below.
Sealed bids for furnishing all materials, equipment, labor, and services for the construction of the Downtown Parking Lot for the City of Sherwood Urban Renewal Agency, hereinafter “URA”, will be received at City of Sherwood, Engineering Department, 22560 SW Pine Street, Sherwood, Oregon 97140 (Attn: Bob Galati, P.E., Project Manager) until the Bid Closing at 3:00 PM on Friday, December 1st, 2017. Please title the envelope URA-Downtown Parking Lot (#202). Bids will then be publicly opened and read aloud after 3:00 PM at the Sherwood City Hall Conference Room A, 22560 SW Pine Street, Sherwood, Oregon.
This project is subject to a pre-qualification process and only Earthwork and Drainage or Asphalt Concrete Paving Contractors pre-qualified bids will be accepted. No bids will be accepted after the BID CLOSING time.
