These standards shall apply to all improvements within the public right-of-way, to all improvements required within the proposed public right-of-way of new residential, commercial, and/or industrial developments, for all improvements intended for maintenance by the City, and for all other improvements for which the City Code requires approval of the City Engineer. These improvements include, but are not limited to: streets, bikeways, paths and street lighting, and any other infrastructure improvements as required by the development review process, City Ordinance, and other City policies adopted by the City Council.
