Online Park Reservations
Our park shelter reservation season is from May through September.
If you are interested in using a park shelter outside of those months, it is first come first served.
We are currently accepting park shelter reservations via our new online software! You no longer have to call in to check the availability of your desired date and time - you may check dates and book your reservation at your convenience.
To make a park reservation click ►► here. Please note you will need to create an account first if you have not done so already.
NOTE: You may already have a profile if you have booked something recently with the Sherwood Center for the Arts. If that is the case, there is no need to create an additional profile. If you have any questions with getting set up please contact the Public Works Department at 503-625-5722.
We offer 3 different blocks of time on each day; 8am to noon, 12:30 to 4:30, and 5pm to close. Rates are as follows and please note that different park shelters are offered at different rates:
Snyder Park & Stella Olsen Park:
Sherwood Resident: 4 hours: $60/All Day: $120
Guest of Sherwood: 4 hours: $90/All Day: $160
Murdock, Pioneer, Woodhaven Park:
Sherwood Resident: 4 hours: $50/All day: $100
Guest of Sherwood: 4 hours: $80/All day $150
Stella Olsen Amphitheater & shelter:
Sherwood Resident: 4 hours: $135/All day: $270
Guest of Sherwood: 4 hours: $190/All day: $360
