A mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, April 14th, at 2:00 P.M. at the City of Sherwood Public Works Building (15527 SW Willamette Street).

The City of Sherwood will accept sealed bids for furnishing all materials, equipment, labor, and services for the construction of the Sunset Boulevard and April Court Pavement Rehabilitation until the Bid Closing at 2:00 P.M. (PDT) on Thursday, April 23, 2015.

Please title the envelope Sunset Boulevard and April Court Pavement Rehabilitation. Bids will then be publicly opened and read aloud after 2:00 P.M. at the Sherwood City Hall Community Room, 22560 SW Pine Street, Sherwood, Oregon.

This project is subject to a pre-qualification process and only Asphalt Concrete Paving Contractors pre-qualified bids will be accepted. No bids will be accepted after the BID CLOSING time.
