This page updated 3/15/17. Please be advised that the Notice of Intent to Award has now been issued for this project and is found below under supporting documents.
The City of Sherwood will accept sealed bids for furnishing all materials, equipment, labor and services for the construction of the Division Street and Orcutt Place Storm Sewer and Pavement Rehabilitation project until the Bid Closing at 2:00 PM (PDT) on Tuesday, March 14, 2017. No bids will be accepted after the closing time.
Please title the envelope Division Street and Orcutt Place Storm Sewer Pavement Rehabilitation. Bids will then be publicly opened and read aloud after 2:00 PM at the Sherwood City Hall Community Room, 22560 SW Pine Street, Sherwood, Oregon.
This project is subject to a pre-qualification process and only pre-qualified bids in the area of Earthwork and Drainage or Asphalt Concrete Paving Improvements will be accepted.
A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on Wednesday, March 1, 2017 at 2:00 PM (PDT) at the City of Sherwood, 22560 SW Pine St., Conference Room A.
