Q. What are the City of Sherwood’s Utility Billing Department’s hours of operation?
A. The Utility Billing Department, located at 15527 SW Willamette St. in Sherwood, is open Monday through Friday, from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.

Q. How do I sign up for water and sewer service?
A. To begin water service in your name, simply call the Utility Billing Department 503-925-2315 in order to provide some basic billing information.  Please have the address and the day that the billing will begin in your name ready along with your driver's license.  A customer service representative will send to you via email or post an application for service, which when completed and returned will finalize the account.

Q. What is the billing cycle and when are bills due?
A. Bills are sent out each month, and are due 15 days after they are sent.

Q. What payment methods are accepted for my water bill?
A. The City accepts cash, check, money orders, Visa/MasterCard, and debit cards with the Visa or MasterCard logo. Bills may be deducted automatically from your checking account or credit card through the online bill pay site. Please visit the City of Sherwood online bill pay site or visit the Utility Billing Department to obtain more information.

Q. How may I submit my payment?
A. Bills may be paid in a variety of ways: in person, by phone, by mail, and online. Bills may be made in person at the Public Works Department at 15527 SW Willamette St. in Sherwood. Office hours are 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. Drop boxes are located outside of the Public Works Utility Billing Department on SW Willamette St. and outside of City Hall, which is located at 22560 SW Pine St. Bills may be paid by phone by calling Public Works Utility Billing Department at 503-925-2315. Checks or money orders may be mailed to the Public Works Department.

Q. Does the City of Sherwood offer residents the opportunity to receive rebates?
A. Yes. Residents may apply for rebates for their newly installed high-efficiency toilets. Information regarding rebates can be obtained by stopping by the Utility Billing Department or by clicking here.

Q. Is the City of Sherwood’s water fluoridated?
