Sherwood Public Library Journey Map
This journey map is a visual tool to communicate recent accomplishments and key challenges at Sherwood Public Library. It was created with inspiration from the Institute of Museum and Library Services (IMLS) and their Community Catalyst initiative.
The map was created with input from library staff and presented to the Library Advisory Board. It has been a tool for strategic planning and to tell our story. It was last updated at the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic. To see our most recent work, see our strategic planning process.
