The City of Sherwood is seeking proposals from qualified consultants to provide professional engineering services for the Rock Creek Sanitary Trunk Line Upsizing Project, Phases 1 & 2. The consulting firm must be licensed in the state of Oregon and provide services per OAR 137-048-0110.
A pre-proposal meeting will NOT be held for this request. Please send all inquiries via email to galatib@sherwoodoregon.gov no later than 4:00 PM (local time) on December 2, 2018.
The deadline for proposals is Friday, December 7, 2018 at 4:00 PM (local time).
Consultant selection shall be based on Qualification Based Selection (QBS). Proposals containing information on fees, rates or pricing shall be disqualified. The City of Sherwood may cancel or modify this RFP or reject all proposals if determined to be in the best interest of the City.
