Help Shape Sherwood's Future!
The City of Sherwood needs your help to update the City’s Comprehensive Plan. The Comprehensive Plan serves as the basis for all land use planning and growth management actions in Sherwood, providing direction for City decision-making on everything from citizen involvement and economic development to transportation, natural resources, housing, and infrastructure. Originally adopted in 1980, the Comprehensive Plan was last updated in 1991. While several minor amendments have been made, this is the first extensive update of the Comprehensive Plan since 1991.
Join the Community Advisory Committee (CAC) to play a key role in advising staff and providing recommendations regarding new land use-related goals and policies and other changes to be included in the updated plan. Applications will be accepted through May 19, 2017. Volunteer today to help shape Sherwood’s future!
