Outdoor Seating Permit

This Outdoor Seating Permit application is for use by businesses seeking authorization for long term and on-going outdoor seating in City right-of-way (i.e. sidewalks and on-street parking spaces). It is not a “Special Event Permit” associated with a short term/limited duration event. “Outdoor seating” refers to use of City right-of-way for service of prepared food and/or beverages or seating for patrons of a business by a business licensed to provide such services.
