Library User Survey Results 2023

Results of our Library User Survey from April 2023 are below.

Survey results help us to know our community better, prioritize library services, measure the effectiveness of our efforts, and plan for the future.

Our Customer Service score indicates 85.7% of respondents routinely get service that exceeds needs or almost always get the service needed. 

We are also incorporating feedback about where we can improve into our strategic planning.
