PROJECT UPDATE (05/21/2026):
The contractor will be mobilizing on site starting Monday, June 1st, 2026. Portions of the Stella Olsen Trail closest to the project site will be temporarily closed during construction. Due to the nature of the work, please anticipate some access delays and construction noise during construction.
PROJECT INFORMATION:
This project includes reviewing the existing facility and determining corrective measures to make the facility fully operable and able to meeting CWS operational requirements.
PAST UPDATES:
The bidding process is complete and the project has been awarded to Brown Contracting, Inc. Construction is likely to begin June 2026 with an anticipated completion date in late August 2026. Construction will take place between the hours of 8am to 6pm, Monday to Friday. It is anticipated that there will be delays on adjacent streets to the project, portions of Cedar Creek Trail will be temporarily closed, and noise during construction.
