Sherwood Seeks Community Input on Murdock Park Playground Design
March 31, 2026Community members gathered at City Hall on Monday evening for a Murdock Park Open House, where residents were invited to review and vote on their preferred playground design.
Those who were unable to attend still have an opportunity to participate. The City has made an online survey available, allowing residents to share their feedback and select their preferred option. The survey will remain open through Friday, April 3.
In addition to choosing a playground design, community members are encouraged to provide input on how the park’s flexible space could be used under either option.
Residents can access the survey online to cast their vote and help shape the future of Murdock Park.
Welcome to the City of Sherwood’s Notification System, the city’s latest tool for providing residents with immediate information and warnings on water contamination, extreme weather warnings, unexpected road closures, etc. This is a free service provided by the City of Sherwood.
