Fingerprinting Appointments
Overview
Fingerprinting services (ink only), are available by appointment only. Once the Fingerprint Request Form is completed, please either fax to (503) 925-7159, e-mail to burkes@sherwoodoregon.gov, drop by or mail to the City of Sherwood Police Department. You will be contacted and an appointment set up. Cost is $29.18 per card.
