Washington St Street & Utility Improvements (Tualatin St to Division St)

The City uses a Pavement Management System which evaluates the condition of our roadways. This year, improvements on Washington Street include:

• Pavement rehabilitation between Tualatin St to Division St
• Sanitary sewer replacement between Willamette St to Division St
• Storm line extension between Tualatin St to Division St

Design for these improvements is starting in Fall 2025 and is anticipated begin construction in Spring 2026, with completion in Summer 2026.

Due to the nature of the work, please anticipate some access delays during construction. It will be part of the contractor’s work to inform adjacent residents and businesses of the work schedule.
