Special Events Permits

A group of people of various ages gathers around an outdoor table with food and drinks. They are eating and socializing in a suburban setting.

The City of Sherwood values events which bring people together through the celebration of the arts, sports, history, commerce, health and more. As a means of encouraging these gatherings, the City makes its streets and public right-of-way available to civic, private, and community groups to organize and sponsor activities that enhance Sherwood.

Submit completed application, the Special Event Permit fee, and Certificate of Insurance to the address below.  Please note that depending on your event details, you may be required to apply for additional permits, licenses and requests in order for your Special Event Permit to be approved.
