New Residential Design Standards

Overview

To ensure consistent development and maintain neighborhood aesthetics, the City of Sherwood has implemented Residential Design Standards. These standards govern new subdivisions, infill lots, and conversions of single-family detached homes into multi-unit dwellings when such changes are visible from the street.
