Pay Your Bill Online

The quickest and most convenient way to pay your bill is via our online bill pay site: www.online-billpay.com. You can manage your account, review your bills, set up autopay, enroll in paperless bills – all via our portal. Please note that to register you will need your account number and unique ID found on your bill. However, if you already have an account with Pride Disposal, you can use your existing log in and simply add your City of Sherwood Utility account – there is no need to create a separate log in because we use the same online bill pay portal! Financial Assistance 

We realize at times our customers may struggle to pay their bill. We have an assistance program in place to help customers. You can apply for either low income or hardship assistance once every 12 months. The assistance is available on a first-come, first-serve basis. If awarded it is a one-time credit applied toward a customer’s bill. If you’d like to chat more about applying for assistance, please contact our office at (503) 925-2315. We also can discuss offering a payment arrangement to customers who need extra time to pay their bill.

Payment Options

Our online bill pay site is the most convenient way to pay your bill. Please visit http://www.online-billpay.com to register your account and log in. You may find your unique registration information on your utility bill. Please note Pride Disposal uses the same online bill pay site – if you have an account with Pride Disposal already, you can simply log in and add your City of Sherwood utility account to the site. You can use one log in to access each of your utility accounts.

This method allows the City of Sherwood to automatically withdraw payment for utility bills from your bank account or credit card and eliminates worry of paying your bill on time. If you would like to sign up for automatic bill pay register at our online bill pay site.

Send a check or money order in the enclosed envelope with the bottom portion of your bill. Make checks payable to the City of Sherwood. Mail to: PO BOX 638, Sherwood OR 97140.

Drop boxes are located at:

City Hall – 22560 SW Pine St

Public Works Building at 15527 SW Willamette St.

Place your check or money order in an envelope and include your stub with payment. Please do not place cash in the drop box. Payments placed in the drop box will be applied to your account on the next business day. If your account is delinquent, please call our office.

Visa/MasterCard/Discover payments and ACH payments are accepted over the phone at (503) 925-2315.

We accept cash, check, money order, Visa/MasterCard/Discover in person at 15527 SW Willamette St.

Mon – Thurs: 7:30am to 4:30pm. Fri*: 8am to 4:30pm.
*Note we are closed from 12pm to 1pm for lunch on Fridays.
