2027 SW Borchers Dr Paving Project (SW Sidney Lane to SW Daffodil St )

The City uses a Pavement Management System which evaluates the condition of our roadways. This system utilizes evaluations to determine the year and the type of pavement restoration necessary to preserve and maintain our roadways. This year, the roadway on SW Borchers Dr, between SW Sidney Lane and SW Daffodil Street has been identified to undergo rehabilitation by placement of a new asphalt pavement surface.

Design for these improvements is starting this Fall 2026 and we anticipate construction to begin in Spring 2027 with completion in Summer 2027. Please contact me with any special concerns that may be necessary to incorporate into the plans.

Due to the nature of the work, please anticipate some access delays during construction. Roads will either be closed with detour route in place or one lane will be closed with flagging in place. It will be part of the contractor’s work to inform adjacent residents and businesses of the work schedule. The attached map shows the approximate limits of construction.
