Elwert and Edy Road Realignment Feasibility Study Online Open House Now Open

Community members are invited to explore proposed alignment concepts and share feedback through September 6.

The City of Sherwood, in partnership with Washington County, is inviting community members to participate in an online open house and survey for the Elwert Road and Edy Road Realignment Feasibility Study.

The online open house is available August 21 through September 6 and provides an opportunity to learn more about the study, review proposed road realignment concepts and share feedback through a brief survey.

Explore the proposed concepts

The feasibility study is examining potential future transportation options for the Sherwood West area. As part of the study, several potential alignment concepts have been developed for Elwert Road and Edy Road.

The online open house includes background information and concept drawings that highlight the potential benefits and challenges of each alternative. The study also considers environmental factors, including potential impacts to Chicken Creek and nearby wetlands.

Share your feedback

Community input is an important part of the feasibility study. Feedback gathered through the online survey will help inform the final feasibility report, which will be provided for consideration by City of Sherwood leaders.
