What are my court appearance options?
June 6, 2025For all offenses, if you want to appear before a Judge, you must appear at your scheduled arraignment on the Date and Time stated on the bottom of the Summons page.
You may also appear at the Court Offices, located at City Hall, prior to this date. If you decide to plead guilty or no contest by mail, you may also submit written explanation, however, you must submit the full base fine for each violation listed on your citation. Please attach your citation or include the citation number on your check or money order.
