My license expired. What do I do now?
February 20, 2025Business licenses expire on December 31st each year. License renewal shall be made prior to a license’s expiration and are considered late if received after February 15.
Business license renewals are emailed to the main contact on the application (October/November). If you are having trouble finding the courtesy renewal email, search for “business license” and check your spam folder. You can also use the online City of Sherwood Business License Application and submit a renewal.
If your business license expires, you will be required to pay late fees when you renew your business license.
