Sheds or accessory structures less than 200 square feet in area and less than twelve feet average height do not require a permit. Detached structures between 100 – 200 sq. ft. and under 10 ft. in height need to be at least 3 ft. from the rear or side yard property line. No accessory structure over three ft. in height is permitted in a front yard nor can they be taller than 15 ft. in height.
