Movies in the Park Begins Tonight at Stella Olsen Park
August 7, 2026The City of Sherwood’s annual Movies in the Park, presented by Senestraro Orthodontics, kicks off tonight at Stella Olsen Park! After closely monitoring air quality conditions this week, we’re happy to share that the air has improved enough for tonight’s movie to be enjoyed outdoors.
Bring your blankets, lawn chairs, family, and friends for this free community event. Tonight’s feature is Cars (G), with the movie beginning at sunset (approximately 8:30–8:45pm). The Mane Event mobile dessert cart will also be on site with delicious cannolis and ice cream available for purchase.
The summer movie lineup continues these Fridays in August:
- August 7: Cars (G)
- August 14: National Treasure (PG)
- August 21: Zootopia 2 (PG)
