Temporary Road Closure: SW Pine Street (July 20–31)
July 2, 2026SW Pine Street will be temporarily closed between SW Odge Gribble Lane and SW Willamette Street from July 20 through July 31, on an as-needed basis, weekdays from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., for storm and sanitary sewer improvements associated with the Old Town Apartments project.
Detours will be in place via SW Columbia Street to SW Highland Drive to SW Willamette Street, with a one-way detour using SW Odge Gribble Lane to SW Washington Street to SW Willamette Street. Access to homes on SW Pine Street will be maintained throughout construction.
