Can you write a scary story using just two sentences? Everyone may submit two stories in person, online through a Facebook message, or email. The top three winners will win prizes.

Entries accepted October 1-31. Winners of our 3rd Annual contest announced shortly after Halloween 2023!

Contest Rules:

• Stories must be exactly two sentences.
• We’re looking for creepy or scary, but not gross, gory, or morbid. No profanity.
• Hyphens and semicolons can be used, but no more than one per story.
• Original stories only. We will be checking for plagiarism.
• You may submit up to two tales per contestant.
• All Two Sentence Terror Tales must be submitted by midnight, October 31, 2023. Include your full name, phone number, age if under 18, and your City, State/Province, and Country.
• By entering, you give us permission to share your story and name through our publicity!

How will the winner be chosen? Two Sentence Terror Tales Judges will judge all submitted stories. Award certificates are given for local, national, and international winners. Additional prizes for local winners.
