Millions of people across the country visit their libraries each week. What’s the draw? Everything! At Sherwood Public Library, we invite you to visit the library during National Library Week, April 6-12, to explore all we have to offer. This year’s theme is “Drawn to the Library.” Join us for our Open House on Friday, April 11, for cake and refreshments, prizes, and fun activities for all ages! 

• Technology petting zoo from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 4:00 to 5:00 p.m.
• Look for “golden tickets” hidden in the library on April 11. Find one and bring it back to get a $20 Target gift card. We are hiding 5 tickets in total.
• Games and self-led activities 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Play large versions of classic games, enjoy a coloring table, and play on the Wii U during the technology petting zoo times.
• Stop by various stations in the library to share your ideas. Fill up your “idea card”, then choose from a selection of prizes and be entered in a raffle to win one of 6 $10 gift cards to the nearby Symposium Coffee.

All events are free and open to the public.
