If your license is scheduled to be, or has been, suspended, all fines and fees must be paid in full to the Court before a clearance/reinstatement can be issued. If your license has been suspended, you may also be required to pay a reinstatement fee to the Oregon DMV. Please contact them directly at (503) 945-5000.
