This project is identified in the City’s Stormwater Master Plan. This project will construct a regional storm water treatment facility located north of Oregon Street and west of the Murdock Road roundabout. The construction of this storm water quality facility will serve the Tannery site acreage and increase the redevelopment potential of the Tannery site.
