Under Construction
The public works department has identified many severe structural issues with the sanitary sewer in this area. These issues have the potential to jeopardize our ability to provide sanitary sewer service to properties.
The City has designed and bid for street, storm sewer, and sanitary sewer construction at SW Schamburg Drive and SW Division Street, between SW Washington Street/SW Division Street intersection and SW Schamburg Drive/SW Division Street intersection.
The project has been awarded to North Santiam Paving Co. with construction beginning in February and completion anticipated to be by the end of June 2025. Construction will take place between the hours of 7:00 am to 7:00 pm, Mon-Fri.
