Regional Water Providers Consortium
The City of Sherwood is a part of the Regional Water Providers Consortium, a collaborative and coordinating organization to improve the planning and management of municipal water supplies in the greater Portland, Oregon metropolitan region.
The RWPC yearly provides outreach to educate water users on water-wise tools and tips that preserve this precious resource and save some money on monthly utility bills.
The RWPC employs a multi-pronged dissemination model that includes:
- Multi-media Outreach
- Online resources
- Youth Education
- Outreach Materials & Conservation Devices
- Community Events & Workshops
