Proposal: The applicant is proposing a new 29,500 SF industrial building and site improvements on a vacant site in the General Industrial zone. The development site is comprised of three (3) tax lots totaling 4.09-acres. Access is proposed from a new driveway off SW Galbreath Dr. The site and building will be occupied by Barker Cabinets for storage. The western portion of the site will remain vacant for future development.

Public Comment: Anyone may testify at any public hearing in person, in writing, or by telephone. Written statements can be submitted prior to or during the hearing, but are encouraged at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled hearing start time.
