Proposal: An amendment is proposed to the City’s 2016 Transportation System (TSP) to add the Hwy 99W Pedestrian Bridge as a project in the TSP. The proposed update includes adding the pedestrian bridge to Table 1 Fundable Transportation System Plan and Figure 12 Pedestrian Projects, as well as other minor changes to the document to ensure consistency. The Highway 99W Pedestrian Bridge is City-led project and is intended to provide a safe crossing of Hwy 99 at Sunset / Elwert.
