Hearing Officer
The City of Sherwood Hearings Officer is appointed by the City Council for a term of two years. The Hearings Officer serves as the Hearing Authority for conditional uses, variances, site plan reviews for projects measuring between 15,001 and 40,000 square feet of floor area, parking or seating capacity, and subdivisions less than 50 lots in size.
The Sherwood Hearings Officer generally conducts hearings with the frequency dictated by the number of land use applications in the Community Room located at the Sherwood City Hall, 22560 SW Pine Street, Sherwood. For meeting schedule see Community Calendar.
