Invitation to Bid Sunset-Pine Intersection Improvements

Sealed bids for furnishing all materials, equipment, labor, and services for the construction of the Sunset-Pine Intersection Improvements for the City of Sherwood will be received at City of Sherwood, Engineering Department (2nd Floor City Hall), 22560 SW Pine Street, Sherwood, Oregon 97140 (Attn: Jason Waters, P.E., Project Manager) until the Bid Closing at 2:00 PM (PDT) on Tuesday, June 16, 2020. Please clearly write “Sunset-Pine Intersection Improvements, Attn: Jason Waters” on the submission envelope.  Bids will then be publicly opened and read aloud at 2:05 PM (PDT) outside of the building near the 1st Floor entrance to City Hall in the grassy area around the four (4) leaf bike racks, accessible from the rear parking lot serving 22560 SW Pine Street, Sherwood, Oregon in order to provide adequate social distancing. Pre-qualification statements & proof of certification ARE NOT required for this project although bidders will be required to completed similar responsibility forms required to obtain prequalification status with public agencies. No bids will be accepted after the BID CLOSING date & time of Tuesday, June 16th, 2020 at 2:00 PM local time (PDT).
