Energize your body and mind with our twice-weekly Strong for Life exercise classes. Strong for Life was developed by Providence physical therapists as an easy-to-follow routine designed to improve balance, strength and flexibility. The routine can adjust to your needs by choosing one of four levels - all movements can be done in standing or sitting positions. 62+
