Mystery Monday Book Club @ the MSSCC: The Beautiful Mystery
Calendar Date:
Monday, October 7, 2024 - 4:00pm
The Beautiful Mystery by Louise Penny
No outsiders are ever admitted to the monastery of Saint-Gilbert-Entre-les-Loups, hidden deep in the wilderness of Quebec, where two dozen cloistered monks live in peace and prayer. The renowned choir director is murdered, but before finding the killer & restoring peace, Chief Inspector Gamache must first consider the divine, the human, and the cracks in between. (Minotaur Books )
The Mystery Monday Book Group meets at the Marjorie Stewart Senior Community Center on the first Monday of each month at 4pm. There are a limited number of books reserved for checkout behind the front desk of the Sherwood Library a month before the meeting to discuss that book. We look forward to reading with you! Please call 503-625-5644 with any questions or to register for the discussion (though registration is not required). 62+ CLICK HERE for the full list of 2024 club selections.
