Join us for a combination of community time and gentle movements /relaxation to help reduce stress that veterans, caregivers, older adults or anyone who needs help toto relax and be in the present moment. This program will offer relaxation techniques, gentle tai chi and/or yoga to help reduce stress and encourage participants to breathe and relax.
