Whether you’ve been a long time practitioner looking to reinvigorate your practice, new to the idea of mindfulness, or somewhere in-between, join guide Christine Leffler to help ease depression, anxiety, and physical pain as well as increase a general sense of well-being with this neuro-science based practice. Let’s take a moment to breathe.

Christine Leffler has studied meditation in many places including with John Kabat-Zinn at Esalen in Big Sur, CA. She will use different meditation techniques from guided meditations, mantras, breathwork, and body scans.
