Please note that pre-qualifications are due February 2nd by 5:00 p.m. They can be emailed to engineering@sherwoodoregon.gov. Only bids from pre-qualified bidders will be opened.
For informational purposes - Please note that ODFW guidelines state that if dewatering requires a water-intake pump to dewater the tributary area, then an ODFW or qualified fisheries biologist is required to be on-site to seine the area for native lamprey prior to and during pumping. ODFW will be able to provide this service at no charge to the contractor. ODFW contact information will be provided at the preconstruction meeting.
Please note that an alternate pipe arch material supplier (Old Castle) has been approved and the details can be found below under "Supporting Documents".
Sealed bids for furnishing all materials, equipment, labor, and services for the construction of the Columbia Street Regional Storm Water Facility Pipe Mitigation Project for the City of Sherwood will be received at City of Sherwood, Engineering Department, 22560 SW Pine Street, Sherwood, Oregon 97140 (Attn: Craig Christensen, P.E., Project Manager) until the Bid Closing at 2:00 PM (PST) on Thursday, February 4, 2016.
Bids will then be publicly opened and read aloud after 2:00 PM at the Sherwood City Hall Community Room, 22560 SW Pine Street, Sherwood, Oregon.
