Bid/RFP Status:
Closed - no longer accepting bids and proposals
Bid/RFP Due Date:
Friday, May 26, 2017 - 4:00pm
Since 1998, the city-owned recreational and aquatic center has been operated through a long-term operating agreement with the YMCA of the Columbia Willamette. This original 20 year agreement expires on October 31, 2018. An important clause within the agreement is that both parties are required to notify each other if their intent is to not extend beyond the original 20 year term by October 31, 2017.
The City of Sherwood has been exploring additional options/alternatives in preparation for the Sherwood City Council making a decision about the future operations of this city-owned facility prior to the October deadline.
Below are links to important documents and materials during this process.
Please note that, at the request of a number of proposers and consistent with Oregon public records law, certain confidential information has been removed from some proposals where indicated.
