Refund Policies

Park Shelter Refund Policy

Cancellations must be made no later than 14 days prior to the event. No refunds will be issued if cancelled within the 14 day time period.

Class Refund Policy

Cancelations of class registrations that occur prior to five (5) business days from the start of a class or workshop will be eligible for a full refund of payment. Cancelations within five (5) days will be eligible for an account credit. Cancelations within 48 hours of the start of the class will forfeit all class fees.

Facility Rental Refund Policy

Cancellation of facility rentals prior to 30 days before the rental date shall receive a full refund of rental fees paid. Cancellation of facility rentals within 30 days of the rental date will forfeit all deposits collected. Cancellation within 48 hours of the rental date forfeits all rental fees.

All ticket sales are final
