**Urgent Utility Bill Update** Effective January 1st, 2021: The City is resuming normal business operations for the utility department. This means that your future bills will incur penalties including door hanger fees for past due amounts and restore fees should your utility services be stopped due to non-payment. It is urgent that you make a payment to prevent interruption of your services.
Please contact the Utility Billing Department if you are unable to pay your bill (503) 925-2315.
Payment options: You may pay your bill using any of the methods below, except for bringing it into our office. Our office is currently closed to the public.
Struggling to pay your bill? We have a low income/hardship assistance program in place that you may be eligble to apply for. Or, if you need a payment arrangement we can help you with that as well. Please contact our office at 503-925-2315 to discuss further.

Payment Options
Online Bill Pay:
Thank you for using the City of Sherwood Utility Billing Online Payment Program. Payments made online are subject to a 72-hour delay in posting to your utility account. For those customers who have received a shut off notice or need to have payments posted immediately, please call the Utility Billing Department at 503-925-2315 or pay in person at the Public Works/Utility office, 15527 SW Willamette Street, Sherwood, OR 97140.

Automated Phone Payments: We now offer Automated Phone Payments. You may pay securely, at any time of the day, by calling our office at 503-925-2315. Select option 1 and have your account number ready. Visa, MasterCard and Discover card payments are accepted.
Automatic Payments: This method allows the City of Sherwood to automatically withdraw payment for utility bills from your bank account or credit card and eliminates worry of paying your bill on time. If you would like to sign up for automatic bill pay register at our online bill pay site.
Mail: Send a check or money order in the enclosed envelope with the bottom portion of your bill. Make checks payable to the City of Sherwood. Mail to: PO BOX 638, Sherwood OR 97140.
Drop Box: Drop boxes are located at City Hall, 22560 SW Pine St and the Public Works Building at 15527 SW Willamette St . Place your check or money order in an envelope and include your stub with payment. Please do not place cash in the drop box. Payments placed in the drop box will be applied to your account on the next business day.
