The newest addition to historic Old Town Sherwood will soon be opening its doors. Cannery Row, a 101-home apartment community, is close to completing the first phase of homes. Located across from Cannery Square at 22550 SW Highland Drive, Cannery Row is just steps away from retail shops, restaurants, parks and schools.

Cannery Row will offer luxury features in a range of unit types and sizes. The apartment homes range in size from 544 square foot studios to 1,300 square foot three bedrooms. Cannery Row also includes six unique live-work townhome lofts. Each home offers luxury features including: modern kitchens, Energy Star appliances, granite countertops, nine to ten foot ceilings, large windows, washer/dryer and storage. Select homes will also be available with private balconies and walk-in closets.
