ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS AND TERMS OF USE FOR ON-LINE BUSINESS LICENSE APPLICATIONS AND PAYMENTS

Authority to Use
In order to use the City of Sherwood’s on-line system for business license applications and payments, you must be able to form a legally binding contract under applicable law. Minors and users not expressly authorized to use the website are expressly forbidden to use this service. You may not grant use of this service or your access password or code to any other person.

Refund Policy
There will be no refunds on business licenses once the license has been issued.

Delivery Policy
Your business license will be emailed to you in approximately ten days of receipt of full payment and a completed application.  The City of Sherwood shall not be liable for any damages of any kind (general, special, incidental or consequential damages, including, without limitation, lost revenues or lost profits) resulting from any delay in the emailing of a business license to an applicant.
