Sherwood Cultural Arts

The Sherwood Cultural Arts Commission is appointed by the City Council and serves as an advisory board to the City Council, Sherwood Urban Renewal Agency Board of Directors and staff on the development and operation of cultural art venues and activities. Citizen members are appointed to a two year term. The Commission may have up to 9 members.

The Cultural Arts Commission meets the first Thursday of every month, 6:30 pm at the Library/City Hall, 22560 SW Pine Street.

Board Vacancies
The City of Sherwood is currently accepting applications to fill vacancies on the Sherwood Cultural Arts Commission. Applicants must be Sherwood residents and have an interest in developing Cultural Arts programs and activities in the community. The Sherwood Cultural Arts Commission meets at 6:30 pm, the first Thursday of each month. Open until filled. Specific questions regarding the Cultural Arts Commission may be directed to the Community Services Director at 503-625-4210.
