SE Sherwood Master Plan

The SE Sherwood Master Plan was developed in 2005 through a quick response grant from the State. The purpose was to identify a more efficient way to develop the area and to try to get property owners in the area to work collaboratively when considering developments. The plan did not result in amendments to the comp plan or zoning map but was accepted by the Planning Commission.
