Walmart Plans to Open Store in Sherwood (Updated 7.31.2013)
The Walmart in Sherwood - Frequently Asked Questions have been updated. Please see the link below.
Walmart has plans to construct a 145,000 square foot store on the property located at the Southwest intersection of SW Tualatin Sherwood Road and SW Langer Farms Parkway. Prior land use approvals allows a full range of retail uses, including general retail. The overall development is approximately 190,000 square feet in size. Walmart, is the anchor store. Gramor Development will build the project in conformance with the land use approvals granted in SP 12-05 Langer Farms Phase 7.
