Langer Farms Phase 7 Site Work Begins
On July 1, 2013 the Sherwood building and engineering departments issued the site grading, site plumbing, site fire line, retaining wall, and parking lot permits to begin construction on the approved Langer Phase 7 and Sentinel Storage sites. These permits allow the contractor to begin working on the site to rough in utilities, begin construction on the regional storm water facility, begin grading for SW Century Blvd, and overall site grading for the pads on the site. The Building permits for the on-site structures are still in the process of being reviewed. This morning, Northwest Earthmovers mobilized their equipment onto the site and have begun grading. The site work will take several months.
